本アンプは「送信管でもドライバトランスを用い、大電流を流せば太い音が出る」という宍戸公一氏の理論から設計したものです、500Vの低電圧ながら20W以上出ます。
主旨は同時出品の低電圧211アンプと同じです、あれから3年の歳月を経て845も完成させました、OPTは最適型に再設計した角型ケースタイプです、タンゴの最大型(現在1台7万円!)に匹敵します。
過去に三栄無線や多摩サウンドからも高圧動作の845アンプがありましたが、どれもケミコンの劣化で本領を発揮できていません、交換すると莫大な費用がかかり良質の高圧ケミコンも入手不可、再調整も必要なので初心者には扱えません。
写真2枚目は中出力の波形、3枚目は最大出力時のクリップ波形です、上下対称かつ緩やかにクリップすることが重要です。本機のクリップ波形はシングルアンプとは思えないほど綺麗です、
設計や動作や適切であることを意味します、過去に武末数馬氏が発表した板プレートのNECのUV211以上です。イントラ反転方式です。
真空管は別売りです12AX7、6V6、845が各2本、電気調整が不要なので手持ちの球の使えます。
日本の100V仕様の他200V仕様又は切替型 でも製作できます。念の為　トランスは　845 の場合は　HO-35-3.5N　、　211 の場合は　HO-35-5N　です。
